Original Receipt: Equipment will only be delivered if and when the original receipt is presented, with no exceptions or alternatives accepted.
Standard Time: The standard period for normal service is set at 48 hours; however, in cases where the required spare parts are not readily available, it may take a longer period than expected to complete the service.
Delays: TechFix cannot be held responsible for any delays that are beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, transportation issues, or other unforeseen circumstances that may impact the company's ability to meet its commitments. Limitation to Services: It is important to note that TechFix will not assume any liability for any item that is left uncollected beyond a period of 30 days from the date of fixing, as the company cannot be held responsible for the safekeeping or storage of such items beyond this stipulated timeframe.
Lost of Data: TechFix would like to emphasize that any data that may be lost during the repair process is the sole responsibility of the client, as the company cannot be held accountable for any data that may be corrupted or deleted as a result of the repair work performed. Service Charges: In cases where the customer decides to cancel the repair request, or if the unit is deemed beyond repair, TechFix will charge a service fee of AED 100 to cover the costs associated with handling and processing such requests.
Liquid damage: is important to note that for devices that have been damaged by liquids, TechFix cannot provide a 100% guarantee that the device can be fully repaired. As such, in cases where the company is able to recover some or all of the device's components, the customer will be charged a fee to cover the costs associated with the recovery and restoration process.
Repair Condition: It should be noted that during the repair process, the status of the laptop may change, as it is an electronic device and it may not be possible to restore the device to its exact pre-repair condition.
Intellectual property: Our website and services, including all content, graphics, and technology, are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.
Disclaimer of Warranties: Our website and services are provided "as are" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
